Horse, Akoshá:tens , visits me again. Akoshá:tens speaks of Freedom. In this case the Freedom that Horse speaks of does not seem to be my own, but the Freedom of someone close to me. I gave someone bad advice recently, which in the end was me trying interfere with their ability to make a very important decision, one that would effect them much more than me. Sometimes when we think we are trying to help those we care about, we try to do so by placing reigns on them. Pandemic Fitness Diary Phase 2 Week 1 Days 2 & 3 I started day 2, Week 1 of Phase 2 well. The pain was down near a 3 or 2. Still careful not to push too hard too fast.
