Pandemic Fitness Diary Phase 2 Week 3 Days 5, 6 & 7 Day 5, Week 3 of Phase 2, was a scheduled Rest Day. A restless night. Little sleep. Kept my diet clean. TV and bed. Still nursing that Sciatic Back. Pain around a 7 or 8. Not great. Still better than it was. Other than walking Benji, barely got out of bed. Got up earlier on Day 6. Had a bunch of stuff scheduled, but it all got cancelled. Gave me time to do a bit more of an in depth workout. My Back was doing much better. The pain was around a 2 or 3. Still, didn’t want to overdo it. Started with a Bodyweight Tabata Style Workout: (See my past post at: https://www.facebook.com/HITTScarborough for a description of this workout and the details of the exercises). Yard Bounds x 2 laps, with Assisted Wide Grip Pull Ups x 50, Walking Lunges x 10 Forward and 10 Backward, with Push Ups x 50.
