JULES’ TRAINING & DIET DIARY ENDURANCE & METABOLISM RAMPING PHASE WEEK 3 MAY 27 – 29 “If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be.” Maya Angelou Third Week of a 4 week Phase: Endurance and Metabolism Ramp, after a one week lay off to heal some injury and recover from exhaustion. This third week is going to be a bit of a struggle to complete because of a nasty shoulder injury, a deep bone bruise to my left rear collar bone, that still has not cleared up completely, and the fact that I did nothing for that week off and ate like a pig because I was depressed and feeling sorry for myself. It’s unlike me to fall into such a long slump and binge, but I’m dealing with some PTSD issues in therapy that are opening me up to depression because my go to reaction, rage, has been dealt with and left me without a shield in a world that I still don’t trust.
