Horse, Akoshá:tens , visits me again. Akoshá:tens speaks of Freedom. In this case the Freedom that Horse speaks of does not seem to be my own, but the Freedom of someone close to me. I gave someone bad advice recently, which in the end was me trying interfere with their ability to make a very important decision, one that would effect them much more than me. Sometimes when we think we are trying to help those we care about, we try to do so by placing reigns on them. Had a doctor’s appointment or I probably would have just stayed in bed. Not sure what brought on the depression if anything. The simple truth is that you don’t live the life I’ve lived and not deal with the ‘Black Dog’, as Teddy Roosevelt called his depression. Started using Kratom today.
