Low energy. Didn’t do much except walk dogs. Not DOMS. Just very tired and worn out. Meditate and read to wind down. THURSDAY JAN 25 : Started day, as usual with a Smudge, Standing Series Yoga & Meditation. Dog run to Townson Fitness. (Note: At this point, in this phase, it’s more of a Dog Jog. I use back trails and with all the ice, mud and snow, and with my goal to reduce stress on my bodies, it tends to involve 4 or 5 jogs mixed in with a brisk walking pace.) Worked with trainees for a while, then finished the day with a Strength Based Stability Workout: Kettlebell Variations. Mostly with the Kettlebell held fully extended.
