The Great Aaron Pryor, on this day in history...
I personally truly believe that The Hawk was one of the most underrated P4Ps of all time. I mean, the man beat the great Alexis Arguello. Twice. And all action fighter whose punches came from all angles, reminiscent of Henry Armstrong. Yes, he was very unorthodox and had other problems. But Pryor belongs on that list. I wouldn't recommend his style to just any fighter, but I would say that every true student of boxing should watch Pryor's fights.

#OnThisDay in 1981, Aaron Pryor defended the WBA super lightweight title with a 2nd round TKO of Lennox Blackmoore in Las Vegas.
Blackmoore also went down hard twice in the 1st round and sustained a cut over the eye
