What Became Of The Clothing Of Jack The Ripper's Victims?

Not that you need it, I suspect, most people who do good work, ego aside, are aware that they are doing good work. Unfortunately they're not always sure if the audience sees, or is aware of that good work: You do good work. You do very good work. You are through and balanced, and fair. Don't stop. The clothing question, for instance was one that niggled at the grey areas of my thinking. And you helped inform and organize my thinking on the matter. Thank you for that. And for your reasoned voice amid all the stridency.

Why Charles Lechmere WAS NOT Jack The Ripper.

Great interview. Small point. Occam's Razor actually states that no more assumptions should be made than are necessary. It literally refers to William of Occam using a razor, erasers didn't exist at the time, to erase anything that was an unnecessary assumption. Still works for your argument. We would use Occam's Razor to eliminate the assumption of Lechmere/Cross's arrogance. I myself remain an agnostic when it comes to suspects. But if you apply Occam's Razor strictly to the Lechmere/Cross theories, we can say they require too many assumptions. The reason I remain a suspect agnostic however is that, given the lack of hard evidence, all suspects require too many assumptions. The interview, and the book are very valuable in that they force us to ask questions about the theories, and about the assumptions. So, thank you for this.
